Ilyas, born in January 2014, is a young singer from Xagħra, Gozo. From a tender age, his passion for singing and performing has been evident. Engaging in various local and international competitions, musicals, and operas since the age of 5, Ilyas has been recognised for his exceptional talent. Notable achievements include securing 2nd place in the Eurokids Winter International Competition in Naples, Italy, and triumphing in the Malta San Remo Junior and Melodija Maġika festivals. He excelled internationally, winning first place in competitions such as Little Shells in Serbia and Arpeggio in Malta. Additionally, he was nominated for the WAF Awards. Currently undertaking Trinity Vocal Exams, Ilyas also showcases his musical abilities by playing the guitar, soon to be certified through Trinity exams. An active participant in choirs and performances, Ilyas finds joy in sharing his music, particularly in a church setting.
